Reiki 1 courses

The course includes a comprehensive manual, meditations and vizualizations.
Attunements and Empowerments to the Reiki energy.
A series of self development exercises are also incorporated within the workshop to give you a firm foundation and awareness to energy.
Other subjects also taught within this course are chakras and the aura as well as various relaxation and meditation practises.

A vegetarian lunch and refeshments is also provided over the two days as well as paper and pens for you to take additional notes.

A certificate is also awarded to you on the completion of the course.

This course is available to those students who have completed Reiki one, with a minimum of 3-6months.
Furthering upon this course does not mean you stop working upon yourself. It means that you continue to further develop who you are and connect to a higher vibration to achieve your dreams.
This course incorporates:
1.Meditations and visualizations
2.Meditations with each symbol and mantra
3.Attunements and Empowerments
4.Healing the Past
5.Healing Relationships
6.Healing the aura ( for students who have a stronger connection to energy or work in the alternative field, psychic surgery of the aura is also taught at this level)
7. Spiritual development, working with spirit guides thrughhealing and meditation
8.Past lives and regression

Healing the Aura

What is the Aura?
The Aura is a field of Subtle energy that penetrates and extends out from our physical body. It also has its own consciousness, which is really your own consciousness. By meditating on your own aura, you can begin to feel sense or see it.
Within the aura there is a representation of everything that you have experienced in your life and past lives. Those who are highly clairvoyant can actually see the experiences in the aura as a slide show of pictures as well as picking up feelings and senses.

Illness believe it or not first starts in the aura, often brought on by some kind of Karma brought in from past lives or as negative ki, formed by the subconscious mind in this life. As time goes by these “seeds”, within the AURA can become strengthened by negative energy and the experiences they attract.
As this happens these seeds begin to grow and extend into roots, down into the chakras, and if not healed can eventually extend into the physical body and manifest as dysfunction or illness.
Healing must take place within the aura to reach the point of the original cause.







Aura Healing

When we receive a pain in the body, it is often the body giving you a warning signal that there is a dis-ease within the bodys physique that needs to be addressed. The Aura is the bodys natural defence mechanism, and energy field. When a person is affected by a problem, especially if it is on going it takes seed within the aura. If undealt with, the seed, as with all seeds takes root into the aura and then into the physical body. Once again it is at this point that we receive an ache or a pain, telling us that something needs to be healed. By consentrating the healing energies within the aura, I, as a channel to the energy of unconditional love am able to release, or reduce the seed, thus weekening the roots so to aid the healing of the physical body. The aura is often weekened when there has been a cut to the body, not only is the body cut, but the aura has also been cut. When the body is run down or experiences hardships the so called negative experience finds its way through the area which is weekest within the aura, once again taking seed. So Aura healing is incredibly beneficial for the complete mind body and spirit. A method of hypnotherapy and Reiki is used for this particular treatment.

Reiki For Children

Children are our future.
They plant the seeds within all future generations.
I have been guided to work with children. Personally, as a child, I was bullied because I was shy. I had to learn to stand up for myself the hard way. It did, many years later give me the determination to be strong and turn my life around in a more profound way.

It is not a weakness to be shy or to be sensitive. I learned many years later that my bullies felt intimidated by me and they feared me. I am the strong one and through the experience I grew to learn that I was powerful. The shyness prevented me from speaking out, but IT GAVE ME DETERMINATION TO SPEAK MY TRUTH AND BECOME A CONFIDENT INDIVIDUAL.

So through this experience I can really empathize with kids who are bullied and need to build up the sense of self confidence and self esteem. Knowing how fearful it can be as a child, I am able to connect to the inner aspect of fear that some children face.

It is a fact that bullying is on the increase. As a parent, if there was a method to prevent your child from being bullied, would you help your child?

Reiki for Children

I have various modules that can be taken into account.

1)Teaching Reiki in schools- Working with teachers and students. Bringing the awareness of Reiki into the classroom

2)To hold various workshops in the classroom with students. Workshops include dance and movement and laughter therapy. These are two such therapies I include in workshops as they help with inter connectedness of students, plus aiding the release of stress.They also create bonding and trust as well as confidence and expression.

3)To teach students on a individual or small group basis.

This course has been modified to suit various ages

age 5-11 this is a one day course from 10am-4pm
ages 11-16 this is a one day workshop 10am - 6.30pm
Ages 16+ this is a two day workshop 10am-6.30pm and 10.30pm-7pm

The course can also be modified and is available one a once a week basis for 2 hours.
Over a period of 6 weeks.
